Job Description:
As a key account manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining long-term relationships with our most important clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand client requirements. He/She must also have knowledge of sales data analysis and be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company's solutions.
The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
The position requires a degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field. A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales or key accounts management is preferred. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and two other languages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company.
- Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition.
- Addressing and resolving key clients' complaints.
- Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Communicating and collaborating with the marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients' needs are met.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals.
- Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
Requirements:
- A degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in sales or key accounts management.
- Fluent in English and two other languages.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Knowledge of sales data analysis.
- Result-driven, action-focused, and a can-do attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail, high energy levels, and self-motivation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build a good rapport with key clients.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills, as well as customer service skills.
- Ability to work in teams and independently with minimum guidance.
- Proficient in all MS Office Applications and CRM software.
