Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role involves ensuring the accurate and timely processing of transactions within agreed service standards.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Team Leader and perform various administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include providing superior service to funds, members, and stakeholders, completing daily processing within required service standards, and ensuring compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures.

  • Provide exceptional customer service by meeting Service and quality standards.
  • Complete all transactions across funds as required.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve enquiries.
  • Participate in quality reviews to minimize rework and maintain high quality standards.

Governance & Risk

  • Comply with all company policies, core values, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative, financial, and fund-specific procedures to minimize any risk to the business.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • A good understanding of relevant Superannuation legislation.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and other software packages.
  • Prior administration skills in data entry/high volume type roles, ideally in a financial services industry.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
