Job Title: IRM/GRC System Professional

Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 1+ year of specific IRM/GRC ServiceNow expertise.

Certification: CIS Certification is Mandatory for this role.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad (Hybrid work arrangement).

Notice Period Preference: Immediate Joiner or less than 15 days preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize GRC/IRM modules (Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, TPRM, BCM, CCM) and SecOps modules (SIR, VR).

• Develop IRM Workspaces, Portals, forms, dashboards, and reports.

• Build client/server-side scripts (Business Rules, UI Policies, Script Includes).

• Integrate with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

• Perform system administration, upgrades, and user support.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow GRC/IRM capabilities (Risk, Compliance, Audit, BCM, TPRM, CCM).

• Expertise in Workspace and Portal development.

• Advanced scripting skills (JavaScript, Business Rules, UI Policies).

• API integration skills (REST/SOAP).

• Policy and Compliance Management expertise.

• Risk and Issue Management skills.

• Audit Engagements and Controls knowledge.

• Continuous Monitoring and Indicators understanding.

• Regulatory Compliance Frameworks expertise.
