About the Role

This role anchors the automation charter for the entire Hotels supply ecosystem.

Enabling supply growth involves designing automation frameworks, unlocking data-driven insights, and driving analytics tool adoption across the business.

  • Strategic initiatives improve key supply metrics, empowering the supply team.
  • Leading Tableau rollout across the supply organization.
  • Designing and managing dashboards and reports tracks KRAs and KPIs for the supply team.
  • Delivering actionable insights using advanced analytics and data visualization.
  • Automating manual reporting workflows using Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices.
  • Leveraging tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, GenAI, and data engineering workflows.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience focused on automation and analytics-driven initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, data engineering workflows, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
