Procurement Operations Expert

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage client expectations, ensuring seamless delivery of services and exceeding agreed SLAs/KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, fostering open communication and collaboration.
  • Continuously assess and improve operational processes, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing efficient solutions.

Required Profile:

  • At least 1 year of experience in operational procurement, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders, navigating complex situations with ease.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a focus on prioritization, time management, and goal achievement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, and analytical skills to inform business decisions.
  • SAP/Ariba experience is highly valued.
