Job Title:

  • Lead Network Operations as a senior network engineer to drive the growth of our network operations.
  • Utilize advanced technologies like Multi-Pod and Multi-Site Cisco ACI to design, implement and optimize network solutions.
  • Provide level 2 support as the final point of escalation for critical issues and work with cross-functional teams until resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize network improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for network architectures, configurations and best practices.
  • Manage and secure Citrix Load Balancers and Palo Alto Firewalls in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in managing complex network environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in designing and implementing network architectures using Cisco products.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in analyzing complex network problems and developing effective solutions.
