Job Description

We are seeking a Senior E2E Testing Business Analyst to join our Central E2E Testing Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analysing business processes, identifying end-to-end (E2E) flows, and ensuring that testing covers necessary functional and non-functional requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with testers, but won't be executing tests themselves. They will work closely with the Central and Value Stream teams (Architects, BAs & Testers) to identify E2E Flows to test. This includes analysis of Value Stream journeys and process flows, as well as Current State and Target Operating Models.

In this role, you will oversee change management activities including impact analysis and change to testing scope. You will assist the testing team in prioritizing test scripts and approach, review defects and their prioritization, and have experience working on large-scale transformation programmes.

A strong BA relationship management and collaborative skills are essential to ensure both IT and business teams remain engaged and comfortable to progress with analysis and delivery of proposed solutions. Competency in Jira is also required.
