Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Supply Chain Transformation Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex procurement services across the entire contract lifecycle, from initial development of sourcing strategy through tender and contract award.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnosing and tackling complex business problems, designing and implementing solutions that demonstrate benefits and value delivered
  • Leading and managing client projects through their lifecycle, from initial pitch through to solution design and activity planning, successful delivery, and knowledge capture
  • Analysing markets, trends, risks and opportunities to provide fresh insights to clients
  • Communicating potential solutions and outcomes to clients and stakeholders
  • Continuous development of our supply chain services and sector-specific offerings

Requirements:

You will have a proven track record of delivery of supply chain or procurement projects in a relevant sector, with demonstrable leadership and delivery skills. You will also have expertise in market engagement, supplier relationship management, procurement governance and compliance, procurement and supply chain sustainability, organisational design, process improvement, and project management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable track record of delivery of supply chain or procurement projects in a relevant sector (Public Sector, Infrastructure, Energy, Utilities, Oil Gas, Transportation, Healthcare, Defence, Property, Financial Services, etc)
  • Demonstrable track record of leadership and delivery of major procurement and supply chain services across the procurement and supply chain lifecycle
  • Relevant experience in market engagement, supplier relationship management, procurement governance and compliance, procurement and supply chain sustainability, organisational design, process improvement, and project management
  • Ability to carry out market, trend and/or business/supply chain performance analysis
  • Project leadership including management of other professional team members
