Bik, a venture-funded technology company backed by global Investors including Y-Combinator (YC-20), Sequoia Capital, and Chainsmokers, is seeking a Sales Development Representative. As the first line of communication with prospects, this role will be responsible for researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success.

We are looking for an individual who excels at cold calling to prospective clients to identify and qualify leads, leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and connect with potential customers, and utilizing email campaigns to initiate contact and nurture relationships with leads.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns. Additionally, they will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, familiarity with CRM software, and proficiency in managing customer data.

As a member of our team, you will work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, industries, and buyer personas, identifying and qualifying opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach efforts. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in the CRM system.
