Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to understand customer needs, context, and business objectives.
- Apply design-thinking principles and user-centered design techniques to create compelling content experiences.
- Craft user interface text and in-product messaging that guides customers to be successful using Autodesk products.
- Distil complex subject matter into clear content.
- Apply Autodesk and product voice standards and terminology efforts across products to improve usability and consistency.
- Seek technical, editorial, and customer feedback to ensure accurate, clear content that meets customer needs.
- Use customer insights from analytics and other customer interactions to inform content decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field, such as English, web design, communications, engineering, or product design.
- 5+ years of experience developing high-quality content experiences for software applications.
- Understanding of how to explain complex and technical subject matter through written or visual content.
- Knowledge of using analytics and data to improve content.
- Ability to work independently and in a distributed, global team environment.
