Job Description

As a skilled Zuora professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the Zuora Billing and Revenue platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate billing and revenue management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zuora Workflow for automation and orchestration, as well as knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment automation. Experience with integration platforms like Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Workato, or SnapLogic is also a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and Develop Solutions: Implement solutions on the Zuora Billing and Revenue platform, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  2. Customize and Configure: Customize and configure Zuora product catalog, rate plans, subscriptions, amendments, usage, and billing rules.
  3. Develop Integrations: Develop integrations between Zuora and other systems such as Salesforce, ERP (NetSuite, Oracle), and payment gateways using REST/SOAP APIs.
  4. Support Zuora Workflows: Support Zuora workflows using Zuora Workflow Designer and automation tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 3-6 years of experience in software development or application support, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Zuora Billing or Zuora Revenue (formerly RevPro).
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Zuora data model, APIs, workflows, and standard objects; experience in Zuora system configuration and integration using REST/SOAP APIs; proficiency in JavaScript, Apex, SOQL, Java, or similar programming languages for integrations.
