Job Overview:

Programmers is seeking a skilled Power Platform developer to join our team. As a Power Platform developer, you will design, develop, and implement custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps to address business needs and enhance digital workflows.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate. You will also have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop custom applications using Microsoft Power Apps
* Create and manage automated workflows using Power Automate
* Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate solutions with various data sources
* Develop and maintain custom connectors to integrate Power Platform solutions with external APIs and third-party services
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 3-5 years of experience in developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and automating workflows with Power Automate
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 and Azure services, with the ability to integrate these services into Power Platform solutions
* Proficiency in creating custom connectors and integrating Power Apps with other systems
* Familiarity with data sources like SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dataverse, IBMI db2
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Skills:
* Experience with API integration and developing custom connectors
* Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations and best practices
* Ability to work in an agile development environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong documentation skills for creating detailed technical specifications and user guides
