Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O X++ Developer

Key Role Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned X++ developer to join our team as we expand our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations capabilities.
  • This role will focus on developing, customizing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with additional emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++. Develop business applications that align with company goals.
  • Build and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications. Ensure seamless communication across teams.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability. Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support. Lead project teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks. Enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data. Minimize data loss and errors.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams. Facilitate learning and growth within the organization.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance. Maintain high-quality code and adhere to industry standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as finance, supply chain, procurement, inventory, warehouse, product information management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
