Are you looking for a strategic thinker to join your global team and help drive accurate demand forecasting, optimized inventory, and seamless supply chain execution?

This role is a key contributor to the S&OP process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to ensure demand plans support business goals.

  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models, historical data, and market insights
  • Lead monthly forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory
  • Utilize ERP and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning with agile forecasting

**Requirements**:

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations (manufacturing/electronics a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems
  • Excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with global teams and time zones

**What You'll Do**

As a Demand/Supply Planner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining accurate demand forecasts, leading monthly forecast review meetings, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand.
