Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead the implementation and optimization of our ERPNext system. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent project management abilities, and the capacity to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and deliver end-to-end ERPNext implementation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and set objectives.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
  • Customize and configure ERPNext modules to meet business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERPNext.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users.
  • Maintain data integrity and security within the ERP system.
  • Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ERPNext, including customization, scripting, and module development.
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Estimated Salary: ₹900,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum
