Our organization seeks a skilled cloud engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and robust cloud architectures using AWS technologies. This role demands expertise in building scalable systems and applications on the cloud platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure based on best practices.
  • Develop cloud-based solutions using AWS services like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and VPC.
  • Automate deployment, scaling, and management of cloud applications using IaC tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
  • Implement security measures including IAM, VPC security, and data protection.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance.
  • Collaborate with development teams to set up continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Conduct cloud cost analysis and optimization.
  • Stay updated on AWS features and industry trends to innovate and improve cloud practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering or related field, focusing on AWS technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services and features.
  • Experience with scripting languages for automation tasks.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts (VPC, subnetting).
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD tools.
  • AWS certification is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
