Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to facilitate the approval of all IT procurement projects and ensure compliance with established policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To process IT procurement requests and invoices for internal clients.
  • To contribute to the continuous improvement of processing work through defined SLA based operations.
  • To liaise with IT vendors and internal clients globally for IT procurement operations.
  • To work closely with the internal team to provide procurement services to stakeholders within the organization.
  • To support IT RFx sourcing projects and vendor comparison analyses.
  • To coordinate with internal/external stakeholders and handle payment queries.
  • To maintain a repository of vendor contracts, procurement, and invoices documentation.
  • To prepare and publish periodic management reports.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Procurement or Invoice analyst in the Procure-to-Pay function, preferably in IT procurement space.
  • Solid knowledge of IT industry procurements (e.g., hardware, software, services & telecom).
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Working experience in vendor management.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices and procurement/payment related tools and processes.
  • Excellent attention to details and analytical skills.
  • Ability to process large volumes of requests and perform routine tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
