Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a skilled GFX Verification Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASIC verification, firmware and RTL code debugging, and UVM testbenches.

About the Role:

  • The successful applicant will collaborate with architects, hardware engineers, and firmware engineers to understand new features to be verified.
  • They will estimate the time required to write new feature tests and any required changes to the test environment.
  • Our GFX Verification Specialist will build directed and random verification tests, debug test failures, and work with RTL and firmware engineers to resolve design defects.
  • Proficient in IP level ASIC verification, debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools, and working with UVM testbenches and Linux/Windows environments.
  • Experience with Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++ programming languages is essential.
  • Strong background in C++, preferably on Linux, with exposure to Windows platform.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in UVM concepts and SystemVerilog language.
  • Familiarity with SystemC and TLM, scripting languages like Perl, Ruby, Makefile, and shell is preferred.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer engineering/Electrical Engineering is required.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in debugging firmware and RTL code using simulation tools.
  • Experience with UVM testbenches and working in Linux/Windows environment.
  • Knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, C, and C++ programming languages.
  • Strong background in C++ programming language.
  • Good understanding and hands-on experience in UVM concepts and SystemVerilog language.
  • Familiarity with SystemC and TLM.
  • Scripting language experience: Perl, Ruby, Makefile, and shell.
