The primary objective of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth office operations, including but not limited to: managing supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with internal stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to support business decisions.

Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Hindi required
