Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead a team of data scientists in delivering complex models and addressing business problems.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences.

The successful candidate will build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems. They will also manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability.

  • Effective communication and presentation skills to communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments.
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning).
