Job Title: UI/UX Designer">

As a UI/UX designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that meet the needs of farmers and other stakeholders. Your goal will be to create intuitive, accessible, and delightful interfaces that drive adoption, retention, and farmer empowerment.

The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for user research. You should be able to translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Miro.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the design strategy and quarterly UX roadmap aligned to business goals.
  • Translating product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Defining and maintaining design systems, UI patterns, and style guides.
  • Partnering with Product Owners to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables.
  • Conducting end-to-end user research interviews, field visits, surveys, and usability testing.
  • Translating feedback into actionable design improvements.

You will work closely with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff clarity on design specifications and smooth implementation. Additionally, you will report weekly on design progress, open issues, and risks to ensure alignment with Product and Engineering teams.
