Born from real struggles with burnout, sleepless nights, and stress, our goal is to make health feel like care, not treatment. As an intern in our Founder's Office, you'll be at the epicenter of building a wellness brand from scratch.

The Role

You'll work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations. This isn't a routine internship – it's an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll gain hands-on experience in turning ideas into action.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the founder in driving business decisions, developing marketing strategies, and fostering growth.
• Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify consumer trends to inform our direction.
• Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor materials to showcase our vision.
• Collaborate with teams to track progress, drive execution, and propose innovative solutions to challenges.

Required Skills and Qualities

• Based in Delhi NCR (Gurugram office) and committed to working in person.
• A current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing and taking ownership of tasks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, being curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
• A passion for wellness, startups, and consumer brands.
