About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to drive business growth and brand development on online marketplaces.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter to make a significant impact in a fast-paced digital environment.

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth, aligning with Joint Business Plans (JBP) and achieving monthly and annual business targets.
  • Take full ownership of the e-commerce business unit, ensuring end-to-end management and optimization.
  • Utilize keyword research, optimized content, and promotions to boost product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage marketplace accounts, ensuring smooth daily operations including inventory management.
  2. Work with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
  3. Collaborate with key account managers on growth and resolve operational issues.
  4. Perform analysis for all platforms to analyze sales trends and other key metrics, providing relevant insights and actions.
  5. Optimize budget allocation for each platform and track spends effectively.
  6. Manage product listings and prepare and upload A+ Content using info-graphics and optimized SEO-rich content.
Skills Required

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • A minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce managing and maintaining marketplace accounts.
  • A minimum 2 years of experience in q-commerce P&L management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of marketplace operations and processes.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
