Job Description:

The Student Admission Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting the Admissions team and UEA Global team. This critical position is responsible for delivering faster turnaround times for application processing, compliance, and credibility checks for various stakeholders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Admissions Data Management & Integrity
    • Receive applications and documents from students/agents on Salesforce
    • Evaluate academic and English credentials to determine admissibility to university programs
    • Contact applicants for pending documents, checking eligibility and validating documents
    • Checking authenticity of academic documents, English, and letter of recommendation
  • Administrative Support
    • Support admissions team and UEA global team with pre-arrival registrations
    • Establish contact with students for timely arrival
    • Review and coordinate mailbox and upload documentation daily
    • Respond to email inquiries
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Good understanding of UK visa financial requirements
    • Credibility interview of applicants before and/or after receipt of initial deposit
    • Verification with the bank as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Educated to degree level
  • Recent experience in admissions and documentation
  • Experience in Higher Education environment
  • UK study experience
