Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering leader to design and scale next-generation analytics platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement scalable data architectures using Microsoft Fabric, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and storage using dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake, while maintaining high-quality data integrity.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Establish robust CI/CD and IaC practices using Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform, ensuring efficient deployment and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads, leveraging real-time analytics and performance metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with new Fabric capabilities and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8-12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or PySpark, as well as familiarity with cloud-based services.
  • Solid understanding of IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Azure Databricks, or ML/AI exposure is a plus.
