Job Title: Electronics Specialist

This role is ideal for an individual with expertise in electronics and a passion for medical device development.

  • We are seeking a skilled Electronics Specialist to join our team. As an integral member of our design group, you will be responsible for designing multi-layer printed circuit boards (PCBs) that meet the required specifications.
  • Your key responsibilities will include optimizing PCB layouts using industry-standard tools, integrating hardware components, and collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure design-for-manufacturing principles are applied.
  • You will also interface with component suppliers to select optimal parts, ensuring cost-effectiveness and availability, as well as develop and test PCB prototypes to ensure performance aligns with product specifications.
  • Additionally, you will perform hardware debugging and troubleshooting to resolve design issues and optimize system performance, conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and component selection reviews to enhance hardware reliability, and maintain comprehensive design documentation.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in PCB design, with exposure to medical device development being highly preferred.
