Role: Data Scientist/ML Engineer

Overview:
At Yo HR Consultancy, we are looking for a skilled Data Scientist/ML Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models and conversational AI systems to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building end-to-end ML systems, including traditional ML models and conversational AI, and deploying them to operate at scale.
  • Researching and devising innovative statistical models/ML models for data analysis.
  • Developing and maintaining RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications, implementing changes to algorithms to improve AI performance and retrieval techniques.
  • Using predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer service experience and supply chain optimization.
  • Identifying patterns in data using statistical modeling, developing custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
  • Working with business partners throughout the organization to find opportunities for using company data to drive solutions.
  • Collaborating with project managers to establish objectives for AI systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, or related discipline.
  • Experience solving problems with conversational AI in a production environment for a high-tech manufacturing industry.
  • 4+ years of experience in Python and ML packages (NumPy, Keras, Seaborn, Scikit-learn).
  • Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms, such as regression models, kNN, SVM, NB, decision trees.
  • Expertise/familiarity with one or more deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch.
