Job Title: Senior Digital Platform LeaderAbout the Role

The successful candidate will lead our digital platform team, driving the development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute a technical strategy for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural standards.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 15+ developers, fostering a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous learning and accountability.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality execution using Agile methodologies.
  • Design and guide the development of scalable, secure, and high-performance digital systems.
  • Provide hands-on technical direction and problem-solving support; maintain a strong coding background to guide the team effectively.
  • Work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and UX/UI teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Offer deep expertise in Node.js, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks, MongoDB, and related technologies.
  • Promote best practices in development, including code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and security protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth project execution and system stability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven ability to lead and mentor large, diverse technical teams in dynamic environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Backend: Node.js, Frontend: React, or similar JavaScript frameworks, Mobile: Native or hybrid mobile development, Database: MongoDB, Languages: JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
