Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the entire lifecycle of our luxury villa projects in Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to implement robust quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with established standards and specifications.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and contract management, particularly within the Mumbai market. A degree in Civil Engineering is preferred, along with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the real estate or construction industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, as they will be responsible for leading and mentoring a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.

  • Implement quality control procedures throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to established standards and specifications.

  • Review and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions while engaging in contract negotiations.
  • Involvement in quantity surveying and cost control, particularly in relation to billing and contract management.
  • Lead and mentor a dedicated team responsible for quality control and billing functions.
