Oracle Demand Planning Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our Oracle Supply Chain Planning (SCP) that encompasses Oracle Demand, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising for Advanced Time-Ofined (ATO), Make-To-Stock (MTS) & Make-To-Order (MTO) production strategies.

This role requires an in-depth understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies, with expertise in Oracle Demand Planning processes, including constraint programming and inventory management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data collection and integration between systems, as well as proficiency in manual testing and test case writing. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, combined with excellent communication skills, are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Oracle Demand Planning processes, including constrained/ unconstrained planning and forecasting.
  • Collect data from Fusion and internal systems, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Support supply planning processes like MRP and order promising.
  • Utilize expertise in supply planning data models, REST APIs, and BIP reports to drive business outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end (E2E) integrated business cycles.
  • Resolve critical planning issues related to plan behavior, data gaps, and supply/demand reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Global Order Promising solutions.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts and methodologies.
  • Relevant experience in support or implementation projects.
  • Manual testing experience and ability to write test cases.
  • Good communication skills for an individual contributor role.
  • Proficiency in data collection and integration between systems.
  • Strong knowledge of MRP and planning processes.
  • Experience with REST APIs and BIP reporting.
  • Good understanding of integrated planning business cycles.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
