Generative AI Engineer

As a successful Generative AI Engineer, you will be part of a team that designs and implements innovative AI solutions to enhance product offerings and provide value to clients. This exciting opportunity involves leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize advanced generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) for various applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI and deep learning through continuous research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI in our products and services.
  • Design and optimize prompts used in AI models to improve output quality and relevance.
  • Analyze model performance and user data to refine prompt strategies and enhance overall system efficiency.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets to train and validate models effectively, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Document algorithms, methodologies, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team and support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative models and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with expertise in libraries like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis, with a solid understanding of mathematical concepts and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and driving results.

Preferrable Skills:

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) applications, with a passion for exploring new AI frontiers.
  • Contributions to open source projects or published research in generative AI, demonstrating expertise and innovation.
