Influencer Campaign Manager

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, ensuring strong brand presence and engagement across digital platforms.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, shortlisting, and onboarding relevant influencers, building relationships with agencies and content creators, planning and executing campaigns, negotiating contracts, monitoring content, tracking performance, and analyzing ROI.
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract reviews and deliverable timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize campaign impact and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Strong network and knowledge of influencer ecosystems.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Creative and collaborative work environment.
- Exposure to influencer networks across multiple categories.
