Coding Instructor

We are on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate coding teacher to enhance our students' learning experience. Our platform offers one-to-one live classes to teach kids online coding, with a focus on making it a skill set and tool to understand technology.

As a coding teacher, you will play a pivotal role in the learning experience of our students, from curriculum development to delivery and doubt-clarification sessions.

• Deliver engaging trial classes and convert prospects into paying customers.
• Internalize, improve, and adapt the curriculum based on student requirements.
• Meet class requirements in terms of attendance, time discipline, and delivery quality.
• Develop innovative ideas to boost children's understanding of coding concepts.
• Showcase your ability to tailor lessons according to individual child interests.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A bachelor or master's degree in computer science, IT, or MCA.
• A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in coding to children.
• A child-first approach in all aspects of teaching.

Our selection process includes three rounds: technical, demo, and behavior assessments.
