About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled Order Management Administrator to join our team. As an Order Management Administrator, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process orders, ensuring compliance with guidelines and rules
  • Track and report order status to sales teams, updating in a timely manner
  • Receive and review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter orders into the system and track their progress throughout the fulfillment process
  • Generate invoices based on approved orders, ensuring accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms
  • Verify billing information and address discrepancies as needed
  • Ensure customer orders align with contractual terms and pricing agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address order discrepancies
  • Communicate with customers and internal stakeholders regarding order status
  • Address customer and internal stakeholder inquiries and resolve concerns in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders
  • Update customer profiles and relevant information in the system
  • Conduct quality checks on orders to prevent errors and discrepancies
  • Ensure all documents and data are complete and accurate
  • Distribute monthly booking reports and status of orders

Requirements

  • Solid demonstrated experience in order fulfillment administration or related roles
  • Solid demonstrated experience gained within a global IT services organization is advantageous
  • Demonstrated billing experience as part of an order fulfillment administration or related role
