Lead AI Architectural Designer

As a Lead AI Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing large-scale industrial-grade AI solutions that transform unstructured data into actionable insights.

This role involves designing complex multimodal Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems over various data sources, implementing hybrid retrieval with reranking, and building domain embeddings for technical terminology.

You will also work on ingesting and normalizing heterogeneous sources, shipping document-type ingestion with schema validation, redaction, and temporal versioning, and integrating external APIs for business intelligence modules.

The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience building production AI/ML or search systems, with at least 3 successful enterprise deployments end-to-end.

They must be experts in Python, SQL, and RAG at scale, with knowledge of vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies, and DevOps concepts.
