Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project control plans, including master schedules, resource allocations, execution methodologies, milestones, cash flow projections, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and statutory norms; manage schedule and cost control.
  • Oversee multiple contractors and ensure multi-discipline collaboration across teams.
  • Lead HSE management and adhere to safety protocols, labor laws, and project scope control.
  • Manage pre-commissioning, commissioning, and plant startup processes, ensuring smooth handover to the client.
  • Supervise all construction activities and provide technical guidance for construction methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 25 years of site experience.
  • Proven track record of executing one large-scale project (domestic or international) with a budget of INR 25 billion or more in the chemical, power, petrochemical, refinery, or oil & gas sectors.

Preferred Attributes

  • Leadership experience in handling large capacity projects.
  • Ability to manage complex site operations and ensure effective coordination among various stakeholders.
