About the Role:

We are seeking a highly competent Landscape BIM Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our design studio, you will play a vital role in improving our production workflow by implementing the latest technologies and software developments.

Job Description:

  • ">
  • Undertake all aspects of BIM modeling associated with landscape projects;">
  • Assist in preparation of plans, sections, construction details & schedules using Revit software;">
  • Implement and maintain the BIM protocol, as per project scope;">
  • Participate in BIM coordination (not limited to clash detection) and use of information during the BIM process;">
  • Review records of BIM models and their status;">
  • Establish quality control procedures to check that all models are accurate;">
  • Coordinate hand over of model and data at agreed milestones in the BIM coordination program;">
  • To develop project folders, file structure, templates, central files, etc.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of previous extensive BIM Modeler / BIM Technician experience;">
  • Candidate must have experience with top-tier Architectural/Landscape Design Consultancies;">
  • Strong technical, organizational, and communication skills;">
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals;">
  • Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM;">
  • Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.">
