Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of automated systems that streamline business operations. This role focuses on integrating various tools into seamless workflows.

The goal is to replace manual processes with reliable automations that "just work" while meeting compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement document automation solutions for receipts, contracts, audit packs, and authority forms.
  • Build workflow automation in Slack for one-click actions.
  • Configure and optimize CRM fields, automations, and deal stages in Pipedrive.
  • Automate document generation from Google Docs to PDF and email to Drive storage.
  • Integrate e-signature workflows using DocuSign.
  • Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools.
  • Route leads from funnels and classify them via AI.
  • Build compliance workflows for intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, and SLA trackers.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
  • Evaluate and ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of integrations and workflow automation in Slack.
  • Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace automation (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
  • Knowledge of API/integration with DocuSign.
  • Ability to integrate with Property Management tools and BGL Simple Fund 360.
  • Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows (finance, property, or legal).
  • Ops mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.
