Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PLM Training Content Developer to design and deliver high-quality training materials for Siemens Teamcenter.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and multimedia content creation.

We require someone who can adapt training resources to reflect organisation-specific Teamcenter configurations, workflows, and data models.

  • Create and maintain training materials for Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Collaborate with PLM functional and technical experts to gather process knowledge.
  • Adapt training resources to reflect organisation-specific Teamcenter configurations.
  • Develop structured training programs for different audiences.
  • Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles.
  • Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
  • Manage and publish content via Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in PLM training content development.
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Snagit.
  • Experience with LMS platforms and content version control.
  • Certifications: Siemens Teamcenter Certification, Instructional Design Certification.
