Senior Automation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Specialist with expertise in Tooling and AI Automation to fill this key role. As an integral part of our Automation group, you will be responsible for building internal tools, test intelligence platforms, dashboards, and AI-driven test enablement frameworks that enhance automation capabilities and provide actionable insights.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable test automation frameworks for API, web, and mobile platforms to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal tools that enhance automation capabilities, CI/CD integration, and test data visualization to facilitate data-driven decision making.
  • Build intelligent dashboards for real-time reporting of test results, release quality metrics, and defect analytics to drive process improvements.
  • Develop AI/ML-based solutions to optimize test case prioritization, test suite reduction, flakiness prediction, and self-healing scripts to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Integrate tools and dashboards with CI pipelines and test frameworks to ensure streamlined workflows and enhanced productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid proficiency in Java or Python programming languages to ensure efficient development and maintenance of test automation frameworks.
  • Strong hands-on experience in API Automation (Rest Assured) and UI Automation/Mobile Automation to guarantee seamless execution and minimal errors.
  • String experience in having built Automation Frameworks from scratch to showcase creativity and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge or experience with Mabl, TestRigor, Cursor, or any AI automation tool to stay ahead of the curve and leverage cutting-edge technologies.
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Selenium) to ensure comprehensive coverage and optimal performance.
  • Experience integrating tools with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and working with test data at scale to ensure accurate and efficient testing.
  • Experience in building REST APIs or microservices for internal use to demonstrate expertise in software development and deployment.
  • Hands-on experience in Performance Testing (for 8+ years of experience candidates) to guarantee optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
  • Experience with GenAI or LLM integration for test case generation or failure analysis to leverage the power of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or transformers for testing-centric use cases to ensure cutting-edge solutions and expert-level performance.
