IT Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all IT operations align with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure are properly configured and maintained to meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
• Provide support and guidance to plant teams on IT-related matters.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery of IT services and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.
• Manage and maintain IT SOPs in compliance with GxP standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting or managing systems like MES, LIMS, SCADA, or ERP in a GMP environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and system validation life cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
