Job Description:

This position is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. The Test Automation Lead will play a key role in driving the development and implementation of automated testing strategies across the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and implementing automated testing solutions using various tools and technologies.
  • Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers to help them develop their skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development and test engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
