Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Food and Beverage Service in restaurants and banquets, including serving in bars if required.
• Serving on floors, parties, clubs, and bars, ensuring prompt and attentive service.
• Preparing bills in hotel software or IDS, accurately capturing guest transactions.
• Understanding guest requirements and responding promptly to their needs.
• Solving guest queries with the assistance of managers or supervisors, maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Initiating additional assignments as directed by supervisors or managers, demonstrating adaptability and teamwork.
• Attending to guest calls, understanding their needs, and responding accordingly.
• Preparing reports as required, providing valuable insights to management.
• Reporting to supervisors or managers, maintaining open communication and collaboration.
