Job Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle PPM Cloud/EBS solutions for our clients. This will involve working closely with our consulting counterparts to develop solutions to complex requirements, perform Proof of Concepts, configure applications, perform validations, design solutions to customizations including integrations, reports, conversions and extensions.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 8 to 12 years of total experience with at least 5 years of Oracle PPM Cloud/EBS implementation experience and 1 to 6 years of industry experience in Project Financials (PPM). Preference will be given for Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience. You should have demonstrated experience in conducting Strategy Sessions for Data Conversion, Integration/Report Functional Design Workshop, conducting architecture, design and solution workshops and Conference Room Pilots.

Qualifications: Excellent communication skills - both written & verbal, mandatory. Good interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with all stakeholders. Ability to present ideas and solutions in a clear & concise manner. Self-motivated with a lot of energy and drive. Should have the ability and willingness to learn. Should be good team player and have good analytical skills. Active participation in Community forum, publications in professional forum will be added advantage.
