Job Title: Claims Business Development Specialist
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing business and functional requirements for claims processing systems, ensuring proper integration with downstream reporting systems. They will also lead user acceptance testing to guarantee system specifications are met.
Key Responsibilities- Define detailed business and functional requirements for claims processing systems.
- Ensure seamless integration with downstream reporting systems.
- Plan and conduct user acceptance testing to validate system functionality.
- Provide analytical support for various projects aimed at enhancing claims management processes.
- At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, including defining functional and reporting requirements.
- Possess knowledge of Guidewire ClaimCenter systems.
- Detailed claims processing knowledge and experience required.
- Familiarity with iterative and agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with creating business process diagrams, data rules, and functional requirements.
- Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using project and business tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, and Visio.
- Ability to work well with technical and business resources.
