As a Data Analyst/Serial Plotter, you will help us uncover insights hidden beneath loads of data. You will use sophisticated tools in data analysis to dig the truth behind customer behavior. Your goal will be to forge coherent stories to guide the strategic direction of our product and marketing.

Our team helps serve that personalized recommendations by making it easy for people to find and join the best streams as they unfold. This team owns machine learning-enabled features for end-to-end delivery on the app and to the internal operations team.

Technical Skills:

  • Implementation of Statistics/ML for customer discovery and personalization
  • Good Knowledge in Statistics, Probability, or Information Retrieval
  • Hands-on coding experience in Python (R is a plus), Relational databases, SQL
  • Exposure to ML libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, Sklearn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, data manipulation

Impact:

The algorithms designed by you will directly impact our more than 60 million users worldwide. You will have an open scope for building Machine learning models for 17 LIVE. Which will help our recommendation engine to perform well and also provide best content for our millions of users and streamers, & you can do impactful work with more than 1000+ people working together and impacting millions of lives through meaningful work, and generating high-level growth revenue.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in engineering, data science with a specialization in machine learning or equivalent experience
  • Strong software engineering knowledge with experience in designing and analyzing machine learning-based solutions that include: recommender systems, personalization, forecasting, conversational systems, outlier detection, and hypothesis testing
  • Strong Statistical knowledge
