As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing marketing processes, managing HubSpot for multiple regions, and driving data-driven strategies to enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize HubSpot for enhanced performance, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and integrations.
  • Guarantee data accuracy and effective segmentation within HubSpot for targeted campaigns across various regions.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to synchronize strategies and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Compile regular marketing performance reports, highlighting essential metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Develop and maintain customized, cross-object reports to identify and address key opportunities across sales and marketing.
  • Implement A/B testing, analyze campaign data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 4 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot Professional Hub.
  • Desirable: Additional HubSpot certification.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools; proficiency in marketing automation platforms and integrations with HubSpot.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
