Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our US Individual and Business Tax team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for managing complex tax engagements, mentoring junior team members, and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead Complex Tax Engagements: Manage multiple tax returns, including Form 1040, Trust Return 1041, and Non-Profit Organization 990's.">
  • Mentor Junior Team Members: Develop and train junior team members on individual and business tax concepts.">
  • Drive Process Improvements: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality in our tax processes.">
  • Collaborate with Senior Team Members: Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless execution of tax engagements.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ Years of Experience: In US Individual Taxation, with a minimum of 8-10 years of significant US tax experience in a public accounting firm or industry position.">
  • Expertise: Extensive understanding of U.S. tax information rules applicable to U.S. Persons and non-U.S. Persons.">
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to drive engagement and close interactions with both India & US Leadership.">
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, direct workflow, and mentor junior team members.">
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex tax issues.">
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in standard technology and able to come up with innovative ideas of thinking, strategy planning, and managing workload.">
