AI Architect/Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary AI professional with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, focusing on Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Generative AI.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, specifically in ML, DL, NLP, and Generative AI applications
  • Proven expertise in AIOps use cases, including Predictive maintenance, Anomaly detection, Incident management
  • Strong proficiency in ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
  • Deep hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, BERT, or other transformer-based models
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools, Databricks, and cloud-based AI/ML services from Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to Lead cross-functional AI teams, Mentor junior engineers and researchers, Drive project delivery and innovation
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and innovation, Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
  • Experience in AI solution architecture and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Familiarity with data governance, model explainability, and AI ethics
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications
