We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as an Associate – Insurance Operations. This role will play a key part in supporting our core insurance processes, delivering high-quality service to stakeholders, and helping us maintain our operational excellence.

  • Meticulous and streamlined administrative services delivery is key to this position.
  • Performing loss run pulling activities with accuracy and consistency, while contributing significantly to a smooth and efficient month-end close process is a major responsibility.
  • This role involves managing policy data, implementing robust quality controls, and fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Processing daily transactions as per the targets set by the process is also a requirement.
  • Effective change management and team proactivity are essential skills for this role.
  • Following all policies outlined by the organization is crucial.
  • Organizing/participating in various divisional level and organization level activities and initiatives is necessary.
  • On-time weekly/monthly reporting as required is also a task of this role.
  • Liaising with other departments as necessary is important.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include taking full ownership of deliverables and collaborating effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.

Consideration of the broader picture and recognition of the importance of each process within the operational framework are also necessary.

Clear and concise communication with customers is essential.

Proactive management of daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards is also required.

Education and Experience

A graduation in any discipline is required for this role. Previous work experience in the relevant industry is not mandatory but preferred.

Skills

Excellent computer skills and ability to work in MS Office systems are necessary for this role.
